  I’ve had personal training from James for nearly 6 months and not only is he great at motivating me to push myself to do my best but is also really good at educating me/explaining stuff so that I can take what I learn out of the sessions as well. He has tailored my sessions around my goals and helped me understand the importance of diet and nutrition. He knows his stuff and is also a lovely person who is always around to help. Thank you James !
